Amber on January 7, at am. That reminds me, Gordon.. The pudding was to die for. It consisted of homemade lemon and rosemary ice cream, a sable biscuit topped with lime and mango mousse and a parfait topped with mixed berries. I told Gordon it was like something from Masterchef and he came clean and told us that it was from the Masterchef recipe book! Since then, eating has just been pretty much of a function. As expected, I have been lacking on the exercise front — although I have walked around more than usual due to the fact that it is half term and I am not sitting in a car all day apart from Wednesday and Thursday when I was teaching!
I continue to be very careful about what I eat, how much I have to drink on an alcohol scale and still need to try harder on the exercise. At one stage I wonder if I needed to get new scales as it had said I had put on 6lbs?!?! The following day I was down 6lbs again! This week I refuse to make any promises or give any details.
